Abstract

Let gif.latex?\mathfrak{A} and gif.latex?\mathcal{A} be Banach algebras, and let gif.latex?\mathcal{A} be a Banach gif.latex?\mathfrak{A}-bimodule. In this paper, at first we generalize some theorems from amenable Banach algebras into module amenable Banach algebras. We show that when gif.latex?\mathcal{A} and gif.latex?I are commutative Banach gif.latex?\mathfrak{A}-bimodules, and gif.latex?\mathcal{A} is module amenable, where gif.latex?I is two-sided closed ideal in gif.latex?\mathcal{A}, then gif.latex?I is module amenable. By this, we show that if gif.latex?I is a two sided ideal in an amenable inverse semigroup gif.latex?S, then gif.latex?I is amenable.
