The Model of the Management of Community Sports in the Sub-District Level in under to Develop the Organization to the Excellent in the Northeastern Area of Thailand

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล เพื่อพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และเพื่อยืนยันรูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล เพื่อพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 1) สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล ด้วยการใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purpossive selection) ใช้แบบสอบถามแบบปลายเปิดและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตราส่วน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ 2) ยืนยันรูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive selection) ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตราส่วนและแนวคำถามเพื่อการสนทนากลุ่ม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล พัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมี 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านการวางแผน มีองค์ประกอบจำนวน 17 ข้อ ด้านการจัดองค์การ มีองค์ประกอบจำนวน 20 ข้อ ด้านการชี้นำ มีองค์ประกอบจำนวน 25 ข้อ ด้านการควบคุม มีองค์ประกอบจำนวน 15 ข้อ 2. จากการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการจัดการสถานกีฬาชุมชนระดับตำบล พบว่า แต่ละด้านมีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้มาก ทั้งด้านการวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การชี้นำ และการควบคุม
The purposes of this study were to develop management model of sport facilities in sub-district level, and to confirm management model of sport facilities for high performance organization in sub-district level of northeastern. Method: 1) To develop management model of sport facilities by applying Delphi Technique with 17 experts, purpossive selection were conducted, using opened and likert scale questionnaires to develop management model, median and interquartile range were conducted to analyzing management model. 2) To confirm management model of sport facilities for high performance or ganization in sub-district level with 15 experts, purposive selection were conducted, using questionnaires to confirm management model and focus group discussion, mean and standard deviation were using to analyzing data of focus group discussion. The results found that 1) Management model of sport facilities in sub-district level of northeast consists of 4 model: (1) Planning of 17 componants, (2) Organizing of 20 componants, (3) Leading of 25 componants, and (4) Controling of 15 componants. 2) Examined of appropriate and possibility of management model of sport facilities for high performance organization in sub-district level of northeastern was found at the best appropriate and possibility level of all model: Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controling.
