The Food Entrepreneurs Participation Process for Food Sanitation Management at Chiang Mai University

This study was the action research which applied Appreciation Influence Control (AIC) technique process. The objective of this study was to develop participation among food entrepreneurs in the area of food sanitation management in Chiang Mai University. Samples were 30 food entrepreneur volunteers. They attended the participation process, focus group and in-depth interview. The data were collected by using the collected forms of food sanitation behavior and the food sanitation requirement. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Paired t-test was used to compare the food sanitation behavior score and the food sanitation requirement score before and after the participation process. The result showed that after participating the process the average score of food sanitation behavior and the food sanitation requirement were higher than before process at 0.001 level. The result of focus group by AIC process had three activities that could be solved problems of food sanitation management at Chiang Mai University.
