รูปแบบและประสิทธิผลการสื่อสารของผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามหลักโปรแกรมภาษาประสาทสัมผัส(Interpersonal Communication Pattern and Effectiveness among Leaders and Subordinates Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Abstract

This research was aimed to study the form of interpersonal communication and its effectiveness among professional nurses, between leaders and subordinates, of the Phatara-Thonburi Hospital (n=122). We can divide the forms of communication according to the Neuro-Linguistic Programming in to Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic and Rational. The research data collection method was done by questionnaire and interview, while The Mann-Whitney U-test was used for data analysis; statistical analysis, averages mean score, average percentage and standard deviation. The result of the study demonstrates that most of professional nurses, both leaders and subordinates, use Rational pattern of communication, while Touch, Visual, and Auditory patterns of communication are used in descending order. In term of effectiveness of Linguistic methods, the result of this study shows that most of leaders and subordinates have high effectiveness level on Verbal language method Meaning, Intensive, Proximal, Complex, and Word, and have moderate effectiveness level on Nonverbal language method Body Language, Eye Contact, Timing, Distance and Touch.
