Intention to Work at Primary Care Unit of the Professional Nurses, Community Hospitals, Phetchabun Province(ความตั้งใจเลือกไปปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional survey research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสัดส่วนของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ที่ตั้งใจเลือกไปปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความเชื่อต่อแรงจูงใจ กับความตั้งใจเลือกไปปฏิบัติงานใน หน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนทั้ง 10 อำเภอ จำนวน 316 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ โดยส่งแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สัดส่วนของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีความตั้งใจเลือกไปปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.4 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจเลือกไปปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ รายได้ครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มีที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอที่ปฏิบัติงาน และความเชื่อต่อแรงจูงใจ

The research is a cross-sectional survey research and it aims to study the proportion of the professional nurses having intention to work at primary care unit and relationship between personal characteristics, motivation toward the beliefs with the intention to work at primary care unit of the professional nurses at the community hospitals, Phetchabun province. The populations were 316 of professional nurses from 10 community hospital which, have been selected by using the systematic random sampling method. The tool of this research was a questionnaire that it had been distributed by researcher, The main findings from the research found that 36.4 percent the professional nurses in this study has intended to work at primary care unit, the statistic significant factors have been relevant to intention of professional nurses to work at primary care unit were their income, their residence in the working district and motivation toward the beliefs.
