การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยแรงจูงใจกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของหัวหน้าศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชน ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ทำการศึกษาจากหัวหน้าศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 382 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 193 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ระหว่างเดือน มกราคม 2549 – กุมภาพันธ์ 2549 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for windows สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหัวหน้าศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิงจบการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชน เคยได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยง มีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับสูง มีระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงระดับปานกลาง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ0.05 พบว่าแรงจูงใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของหัวหน้าศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชน
The study was descriptive research. The purposes of this study were to study the relationship between motivational factor and risk administration of the chief of primary care units in Nakhonratchasima province. The population of this research consisted of chief of primary care units in Nakhonratchasima province comprised of 382 heads of primary care units in Nakhonratchasima province. And the sample size by systematic sampling were 193. The data collected used in this study was the questionnaire from January to February 2006. The research results of the study chief of primary care units were many female, had the work experiences in primary care units and had risk administration training. The findings revealed that the motivation of work performance was at .high-level and the risk administration of the sample was at .average-level .The finding showed that there were significantly relations between motivation and risk administration of chief of primary care units in Nakhonratchasima province (p-value <0.05).
