Environmental Conditions of Healthy Day care Centers in Uttaradit Province(สภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในศูนย์เด็กเล็กน่าอยู่ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในศูนย์เด็กเล็ก ความคิดเห็นของผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองในการจัดสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์เด็กเล็กในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เก็บข้อมูลในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลศูนย์เด็กเล็ก 42 แห่ง ผู้ดูแลเด็ก 117 คนและผู้ปกครองเด็ก 225 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์เด็กเล็กที่ผ่านการประเมินระดับพื้นฐานและปรับปรุง ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง ปัญหาสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมได้แก่ สุขภัณฑ์ในห้องส้วมมีขนาดไม่เหมาะสมกับตัวเด็ก ร้อยละ 97.6 ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงประจำศูนย์เด็กเล็ก ร้อยละ 73.8 และศูนย์เด็กเล็กไม่มีการบันทึกการบาดเจ็บ ร้อยละ 88.1ความคิดเห็นของผู้ดูแลเด็กเกี่ยวกับสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในศูนย์เด็กเล็ก เห็นว่า สภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอกยังไม่เป็นระเบียบ ต้นไม้ไม่ร่มรื่น ร้อยละ 23.5 ผู้ดูแลเด็กต้องการให้องค์กรต่างๆ เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมรวมถึงผู้บริหารควรเห็นความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในศูนย์เด็กเล็กร้อยละ 21.6 ด้านความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าสภาพแวดล้อมของศูนย์เด็กเล็กอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 61.8 จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เห็นว่า ควรมีการร่วมมือกันระหว่าง องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้ดูแลเด็กและผู้ปกครองในการปรับปรุงศูนย์เด็กเล็กให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีต่อไป

This survey research was conducted to study environmental conditions of healthy day care centers. Opinion of child attendants and parents about environmental conditions of day care center. The 42 Day Care Centers were used for the study including 117 child attendants and 225 parents. It was found that the most environment of day care center was middle level. Many environmental problems were observed such as unsuitable size of toilet, unavailability of dry chemical fire extinguisher, no accident record(73.8%). Child attendant.s opinion on environmental of day care center indicated the organizations to participate in activities. Besides the administer take consideration in the important of environment in day care center(21.6%). Most parent.s opinion an environment of day care center was at middle level(61.8%). This research showed that environmental conditions in healthy day care center include to opinion of child attendants and parents were middle. Then should be cooperate between local government office, child attendants and parents to improve environment of day care center.
