A Call for Curriculum Design of Music Industry Technicians for Thailand Vocational Education Institutions(แนวทางการจัดหลักสุตรสาขาวิชาช่างเทคนิคอุตสาหกรรมดรตรีในสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย)

Abstract

งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพชิ้นนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่ศึกษาแนวคิดของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เรื่องแนวทางการจัดหลักสูตรสาขาเคนิคอุตสาหกรรมดนตรี ในสถาบัพอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบทฤษฎีฐานราก กลุ่มประชากร ในงานวิจัยนี้เป็นผู้บริหารและนักวิชาการจากมหาวิทยาลับมหิดลและสำนักคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแนวคำถากึ่งโครงสร้าง เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมุลโดยการกำหนดรหัส จัดหมวดหมู่ บูรณาการข้อมูลและนำเสนอข้อสรุปในแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเทศไทยมีความจำเป็นต้องจัดการศึกษาในหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาช่างเทคนิคอุตสาหกรรมดนตรี เพื่อลดปัญหากานำเข้าและการซ่มแซมเครื่องดรตรีเก่าในประเทศไทย อูปสรรคของการดำเนินการคือ การขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในอาชีพนี้ของคนในสังคม กระบวนการจัดหลักสุตรควรเริ่มจากการศึกษาความต้องการของสังคม ส่วนรูปแบบและวิธีการจัดหลักสูตรนี้มีลักษณะเหมือนกับหลักสุตรสาขาอื่นๆทั่วไป แต่เน้นที่ทักษะการทำงานช่างฝีมืออาชีพด้านดนตรีในระดับมาก ผลที่ได้รับจากการวิจัยนี้ เป็นข้อมุลพื้นฐานที่ใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาด้านนโยบายการจัดารศึกษาในสาขาวิชานี้ และเป็นประโยชนืสำหรับงานวิจัยอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

The problem this paper will address is the deficit of knowledge pertaining to the future direction of vocational education in repairing and making music instruments and preparation of music industry technicians in Thailand. This paper will report on the collective opinions of music specialists and educators concerning of curriculum for the vocational education and the preparation of music industry technicians. This qualitative research presents a guideline for curriculum design producing technicians who are competent and qualified to work in the competitive world. The study eliciting the perspective of specialists is designed to emphasize and support the need for implementation of music instrument repairing programs and preparation of training courses for the future music industry technicians in Thailand. It aims to illuminate beliefs, recommendations, and perspectives on this vocational education. The research will be carried out during November and December of 2007. Semi-structured in-depth face to face interviews with 6 specialists will provide the richness of data collected. The salient categories of information supported by the interview transcriptions, will emerge and provide answer to the central research question of the study
