Canonical Relationship between Transformational Leadership, Power, Emotional Quotient of Administrators and Teachersû Commitment and Effort, Job Satisfaction, and Motivation in School Reform

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย1.ศึกษาอัตราและแบบแผนความสัมพันธ์สูงสุดระหว่างชุดตัวแปรด้านผู้บริหารและชุดตัวแปรด้านครู 2.ศึกษาค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญคาโนนิคอล จากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์คาโนนิคอลระหว่างชุดตัวแปรด้านผู้บริหารและชุดตัวแปรด้านครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานระดับมัธยมศึกษา เครื่องมือคือแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด ผลวิจัยพบว่ามีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายใน ระหว่างชุดตัวแปรด้านผู้บริหาร และระหว่างชุดตัวแปรด้านครู มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในข้ามกลุ่ม ระหว่างชุดตัวแปรด้านผู้บริหารกับชุดตัวแปรด้านครู Root ที่ 1 และ Root ที่ 2 อธิบายความแปรปรวนร่วมได้ 32.98เปอร์เซ็นต์และ12.23 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 สร้างพารามิเตอร์ชุดตัวแปรขึ้นใหม่โดยให้ชื่อว่า ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และการใช้อำนาจด้านบวก กับความมุ่งมั่นของครูและการใช้อำนาจแบบเข้มงวดของผู้บริหารกับความพอใจในงานของครู 

This research aimed 1. to study the rate and the pattern of the highest relation between administrators variables and teachers variables. 2. to study the prominent weight of canonical from canonical correlation between variables. 3. to build composed variable or canonical variable from correlation coefficient between variables. The samples were teachers and administrators. There were two instruments. It was found that there was intercorrelation coefficient between administrators ùvariables and between teachers ùvariables . The higher group of intercorrelation coefficient between groups of variables: the happiness and the commitment, the happiness and the effort, the smartest and the commitment, the happiness and job satisfaction in his colleagues. Canonical Correlation between Root 1 and Root 2 has Eigenvalues can explain variance of it 32.98 % and 12.23 % significance at the .05 level. Parameter of its called emotional quotient and using positive power with teachers 'commitment and using strict power with job satisfaction.
