Closeness With Female Relatives and Sexuality of Adolescent Men Who Have Sex With Men : A Case Study of Member of The Violet Power Group(ความใกล้ชิดกับญาติที่เป็นผู้หญิงและเพศวิถีวัยรุ่นชายรักชาย: กรณีศึกษาชายรักชายที่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มพลังสีม่วง)

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบตัดขวาง ร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความใกล้ชิดกับญาติที่เป็นผู้หญิง และพฤติกรรมทางเพศของวัยรุ่นชายรักชายที่เป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่ม พลังสีม่วง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ วัยรุ่นชายรักชายที่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มพลังสีม่วงทุกคนซึ่ง มีจำนวน 109 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าสูงสุด และค่าต่ำสุด 
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า วัยรุ่นชายรักชายมีความใกล้ชิดกับญาติที่เป็นผู้หญิงในระดับสูง ด้านพฤติกรรมทางเพศ วัยรุ่นชายรักชายส่วนใหญ่เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และมีเพศสัมพันธ์เฉพาะกับเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ยของการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรก คือ 16 ปี (SD=1.9) อายุต่ำสุด 9 ปี อายุสูงสุด 25 ปี บุคคลที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์ด้วยกันในครั้งแรก คือ เพื่อน และคนรัก/แฟน สถานที่ที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรกมีทั้งบ้านเพื่อน บ้านพักตนเอง ปั๊มน้ำมัน จนกระทั่งโรงแรม และโรงเรียน สาเหตุในการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ คือ อยากลอง/อยากหาประสบการณ์ วัยรุ่นชายรักชายไม่ใช้ถุงยางอนามัยในการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรกร้อยละ 42 มีจำนวนคู่นอน เฉลี่ย 2 คน (SD=1.8)

This was a cross-sectional descriptive study with an in-depth interview. The purpose was to study family relationship and sexual behavior of adolescent men who have sex with men and were members of the violet power group. The statistics which were used in this study were percentage, average, standard deviation, median, maximum and minimum value. The results showed that the relationship of adolescent men who have sex with men were close to female relatives at high level. For sexual behavior, the majority of adolescent men who have sex with men had ever had sex and they had sex only with men. The average age of having sex for the first time was 16 years old (SD = 1.9), age range from 9 to 25 years old. The first person that they had sex was friend or lover. The place where they had sex for the first time was at their friendûs house, their own house, gas station, hotel and school. The cause of having sex was that they want to try or have experience. Forty-two percent of them did not use condom when they had sex for the first time. They had 2 sexual partners (SD=1.8)
