ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยขององค์การที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-Sectional Descriptive Research) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยขององค์การที่มีผลต่อ การบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น จำนวน 754 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ(Stratified Random Sampling) คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างได้ 134 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 12 คน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามทั้งชุดเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติอนุมานการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ วัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยขององค์การ และการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.84 (S.D.= 0.44), 3.80 (S.D.= 0.47) และ3.60 (S.D.= 0.50) ตามลำดับซึ่งปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ด้านกระบวนการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยขององค์การ ด้านวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในระดับโรงพยาบาล และด้านวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในระดับหน่วยงาน มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 67.8 (R2=0.678, p-value<0.001)โดยผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผน ในการสร้างแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อส่งเสริมการบริหารความเสี่ยงในองค์การให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
