Participation of School Personel in Implementation of Health Promotion School in Nong Yai School Khon Kaen Municipality(การมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครอง ในการดำเนินการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านหนองใหญ่ เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น)

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครองในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านหนองใหญ่ เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครอง ในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านหนองใหญ่ เทศบาลนครขอนแก่น จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นครูและผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านหนองใหญ่ จำนวน 297 คน ได้แก่ ครู 67 คน และผู้ปกครอง 230 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นตามวิธีของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .99 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ครูมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก ลำดับแรกคือ ด้านการบริการอนามัยโรงเรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ด้านการกำหนดนโยบายส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียน ด้านการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางสังคม ด้านโภชนาการและอาหารที่ปลอดภัย ด้านสุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน ด้าน การบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียน ด้านการออกกำลังกายกีฬาและนันทนาการ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ และด้านโครงการร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนตามลำดับ ส่วนผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก ลำดับแรกคือ ด้านสุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน ด้านการออกกำลังกายกีฬาและนันทนาการ ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ด้านโภชนาการและอาหารที่ปลอดภัย ด้านการบริการอนามัยโรงเรียน ด้านการบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ ด้านการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางสังคม ด้านโครงการร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน และด้านการกำหนดนโยบายส่งเสริมสุขภาพของโรงเรียน ตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครองในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า ครูและผู้ปกครองที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

The study was participation and compare the teachersûs participation and the parentsûs one in health promotion of Nong Yai Municipality School Khon Kaen Municipality. It was conducted under the following objectives to study the participation of the teacher and parents in health promotion school and to compare the teachersûs participation with the parentsûs one in health promotion of Nong Yai Municipality School Khon Kaen Municipality classified according to 10 activities . The status of the 297 respondents comprising of 67 teachers, 230 parents,The tools used in collecting data were a guestionaires was .99 and analyzing by computer statistic programming. The research found that : Teacher as a whole was hight level. From hight to low as School health Service Factor was at a hight level. Health Promotion for School Personnel Factor was at a hight level. Health Promotion Policy Factor was at a hight level. Counselor and Supporting Factor was at a hight level. Nutrition and Safety food Factor was at a hight level. School health Education Factor was at a hight level. School management Factor was at a hight level. Exercise,Sport and Recreation Factor was at a hight level. Environmental management Factor was at hight level. School and community partipation Project Factor was at a high level. Parent as a whole was hight level. From hight to low as School health Education Factor was at a hight level. Exercise,Sport and Recreation Factor was at a hight level. Health Promotion for School Personnel Factor was at a hight level. Nutrition and Safety food Factor was at a hight level. School health Service Factor was at a hight level. School management Factor was at a hight level. From hypothesis testing, the teachers's participation with the parentsûs as sex age education ocpution and saraly in heath promotion school found to be no significance difference between the teachersûs participation and the parentsûs in 10 activities at the statistical significance level of .05
