Guidelines for the Elderlyûs Social Welfare of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Muang District, Khon Kaen Province(แนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น)

Abstract

การศึกษา แนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 320 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่า F-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดขอนแก่น พบว่าการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ประกอบด้วย ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านนันทนาการ ด้านการส่งเสริมอาชีพ และด้านบริการทางสังคม สภาพปัญหาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับสวัสดิการจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดขอนแก่น มีความคิดเห็นว่าปัญหาด้านกิจกรรม เป็นปัญหามากที่สุด แนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดขอนแก่น มีความคิดเห็นว่าแนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการควรเป็น ด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย สำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการจัดสวัสดิการจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล มีความคิดเห็นว่าแนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการควรเป็น ด้านจิตใจ 

The objectives of this research were of quantitative type. The samples for the research consisted of 320 persons. Data were collected through interviews, then analyzed by the SPSS program with percentile, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and F-test. The results of the research: About the status quo of improving the elderlyûs social welfare of The Sub-district Administrative Organization in Muang District, Khon Kaen Province, this management was found to consist of health promotion, recreation, career promotion and social service. About the problems of such management, the Sub-district Administrative Organization officials and the elderly with welfare provided by the Organization were found to agree that such activity faced the worst problem. About the means for improving the elderlyûs social welfare, these Organization officials were found to agree that the physical health should be done the most, while the elderly seeking service inside the Organization office agreed that mental should be the priorities.
