แรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด 19 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาล ส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด 19 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 967 คน สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 138 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 จากการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับแรงจูงใจ ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด 19 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านสถานภาพของวิชาชีพ และปัจจัยจูงใจด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัวมีผลและสามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด 19 ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้ร้อยละ 72.5 (R2=0.725, p-value < 0.001)
