Motivation and Key Success Factors Affecting Operational Prevention and Control of COVID 19 of Health Personnel at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Roi Et Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research was aimed to study motivation and key success factor affecting operational prevention and control COVID 19 of health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Roi Et province, Thailand. The participants were 138 health personnel randomly selected by stratified random sampling from the 967 populations. Questionnaires and in-depth interview guidelines were used for collecting quantitative and qualitative data, respectively. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics with significance level at 0.05. Results showed that levels of motivation, key success factor, and operational prevention and control of COVID 19 were high. The key success factor of image development an of health service office, supportive professional status, and recognition factor could predict the operational prevention and control of COVID 19 of the participants at 72.5 percent (R2 =0.725, p-value < 0.001).
