The Organizational Climate and Key Success Factors affecting the Performance of Public Health Technical Officers at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospital in Maha Sarakham Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the organizational climate and key success factors affecting the performance of public health officers at sub-district health promoting hospital in Maha Sarakham province, Thailand. The samples were 152 public health technical officers that randomly selected by systematic random sampling from the 262 populations. Data collected by using questionnaires for quantitative data and In-depth interview guidelines for the qualitative data gathering.The results revealed that the overall of organizational climate, key success factors and the performance of public health officers were at high level.The fourth independent variables, namely the key success factor; the development an image of the health service office, the link between line of service and network, the executives at all levels have monitoring and supporting and organizational climate; the dimensions of oneness were affecting and could joint predict the performance of public health officers at sub-district health promoting hospital in Maha Sarakham province at 83.0 percentage. (R2=0.83, p-value<0.001)
