บรรยากาศองค์การและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ นักวิชาการสาธารณสุข จำนวน 262 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 152 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การ ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยตัวแปรอิสระ 4 ตัว ได้แก่ ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ด้านการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสถานบริการในเครือข่ายเดียวกัน ด้านผู้บริหารทุกระดับให้การสนับสนุนและติดตาม และบรรยากาศองค์การมิติความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันมีผล และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ได้ร้อยละ 83.0 (R2=0.83, p-value<0.001)
