ปัจจัยทางการบริหารและสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้น ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยนี้เชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการบริหารและสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อ การปฏิบัติงานตามระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้น ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น จากประชากร 1,494 คน ทำการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบได้ตัวอย่าง 169 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร ระดับสุนทรียทักษะผู้นำ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้น ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ ตัวแปรปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ สุนทรียทักษะผู้นำทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีม ทักษะในการพัฒนาตนเอง และทักษะในการคิดริเริ่ม ทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานตามระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้นในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 43.0 (R2=0.430, p-value<0.001)
