Abstract

This research aimed to study the effectiveness of developing knowledge and skills in technology use among public health volunteers for community health care: A case study of village health volunteers in Don Chang Subdistrict, Mueang Khon Kaen District. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with two groups, using pre- and post-intervention measurements. Participants were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The findings revealed that, regarding knowledge of technology application, the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group post-intervention p-value < 0.001. In terms of attitudes toward technology application, the experimental group also showed significantly higher scores than the control group post-intervention p-value < 0.001. Additionally, the application of technology in practice was significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group post-intervention p-value < 0.001. These results suggest that the development program effectively enhanced the knowledge, attitudes, and practical application of technology among public health volunteers.
