ความรอบรู้ด้านดิจิทัลและบรรยากาศองค์การ ที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านดิจิทัลและบรรยากาศองค์การ ที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุดรธานี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 161 คน ได้จากการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามโรงพยาบาลได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 154 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 13 คน ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่านทุกข้อคำถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.50 และได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอนข้อมูล และเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมระดับความรอบรู้ด้านดิจิทัล ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การ และระดับสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุดรธานี อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้พบว่าตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย ความรอบรู้ด้านดิจิทัลด้านการใช้ดิจิทัล ด้านการปรับตัวสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงดิจิทัล และบรรยากาศองค์การด้านมิติความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ด้านมิติการสนับสนุน สามารถร่วมกันในการพยากรณ์และมีผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้ร้อยละ 58.1 (R2adj = 0.581, p-value<0.001)
