การพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ เรื่องหมอลำกลอน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนม่วงหวานพัฒนศึกษา จังหวัดขอนแก่น The Development of Local Curriculum in Art Key Learning Area on Northeastern Traditional Folk Song for The Thir

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ เรื่อง “หมอลำกลอน^,, ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนม่วงหวานพัฒนศึกษา อำเภอนํ้าพอง จังหวัดชอนแก่น โดยมีชั้นตอน ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 4 ขนตอน คือ (1) การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ท้อมูลพื้นฐาน (2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (3) การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตร และ (4) การประซาพิจารณ์และประซาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวท้องในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรมีความต้องการพัฒนาหลักสูตรหมอลำกลอน จัดท้าเป็น รายวิชาเพื่มเติม ในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โดยกำหนดเวลาเรียน 80 ชั่วโมงต่อปี ท้าการสอนทั้งทฤษฎี และปฏิบัติ อีกทั้งควรน่าภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นต้านหมอลำกลอนมามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนด้วย (2) หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึนประกอบด้วย หลักการของหลักสูตร จุดมุ่งหมายหลักสูตร โครงสร้างหลักสูตร คำอธิบายรายวิชา เวลาเรียน แนวการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการสอนและแหล่งเรียนรู้และการวัด และประเมินผล (3) การประเมินหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ภาพรวมของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสม สอดคล้องอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4) การจัดนิทรรศการน่าเสนอหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมดีและ ผู้บริหาร-ครู อาจารย์ เห็นว่าหลักสูตรหมอลำกลอนมีความเหมาะสมที่จะน่าไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน

This study’s purpose was to develop local curriculum, specifically for Grade 9 students at Moungwan Pattana Suksa School, Nampong District, Khon Kaen, on Northeastern traditional folk songs. Four steps were utilized for developing the curriculum: (1) study and analyze the data (2) develop the curriculum (3) verify the quality of the curriculum created (4) organize a public hearing on the local curriculum. The findings showed that: (l) participants need Northeastern traditional folk songs curriculum. The recommendations included a construction of additional courses for Grade 9 students, and the learning time requirement of 80 hours/year. The created curriculum included both theory and the practice of Morlum (folk song). They wanted to have local wisdom experts participate in instructional activities. (2) The curriculum development details included: the principle and goals of the curriculum, course descriptions, course structure, learning time, guidelines for instruction, instructional media and learning resources, and evaluation of students. (3) The curriculum verification by experts showed that: the curriculum was applicable, relevant, and it was appropriate even at the highest level. (4) The exhibition for the created curriculum was suitable. Participants recognized the value of Morlum in their culture and community. As for students, they were pleased with the Morlum curriculum.
