Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาอัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามเฉลี่ยจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่ออัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามในงานวิจัยด้านพยาบาลศาสตร์และสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ศึกษาจากวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์และสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐและเผยแพร่ในฐานข้อมูลโครงการเครือข่ายห้องสมุดไทย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอุดมศึกษา ระหว่างปี พ.ศ.2551-2555 จำนวน 105 ฉบับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา  ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของตัวอย่าง และ ใช้สถิตอนุมาน หาช่วงเชื่อมั่น 95%CI และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามเฉลี่ย 90.01 (95% CI = 87.9 -92.1) และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่ออัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามเฉลี่ย คือจำนวนข้อคำถามระยะเวลาให้ตอบกลับแบบสอบถามผู้ลงนามในจดหมายนำ การติดต่อล่วงหน้าผู้รับและตอบกลับแบบสอบถามดังนั้นการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์จึงเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่สามารถทำได้ดีในงานวิจัยด้านพยาบาลศาสตร์และสาธารณสุขศาสตร์เนื่องจากมีอัตราการตอบกลับค่อนข้างสูง

ABSTRACT

This research was a descriptive study to find out the response rates for mail surveys and impact factors on response rates for mail surveys in nursing sciences and public health research. The secondary data were collected from graduate thesis of Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Public Health from government Universities. All theses had been published in Thai Library Integrated System of Office of Higher Education Commission from 2008-2012. This study used descriptive statistics: percentages, mean, standard deviation, median to calculate basic statistic information, and uses inferential statistics: weighted mean for response rates, and 95 % confidence interval of weighted mean. The results had been shown that a response rates for mail surveys in nursing sciences  and public  health  research mean of 90.01 (95% CI = 87.9 -92.1). Factors associated with response rates were:  number of questions, replying deadline, sender name on cover letter, advance notice and coordination, mail receiver and mail reply. Therefore data collection using mail survey is one of effective methods in nursing science and public health research because this method has nearly high response rate.
