การสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (Information Searching Using Search Engine Undergraduates Students of Khon Kaen University)

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา ปัญหาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กับกลุ่มสาขาวิชา และชั้นปีที่ศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 394 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ การสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา พบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ทราบแหล่งสารสนเทศบนเวิลด์ไวด์เว็บ จากอาจารย์ผู้สอน ใช้ชื่อเรื่องเพื่อสืบค้น เลือกใช้ Google เพื่อสืบค้นข้อมูลประกอบการเรียน และไม่เคยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหาอื่นๆ รวมถึงนักศึกษายังไม่เคยใช้ส่วนช่วยเหลือการค้น ไม่เคยใช้งานการสืบค้นขั้นสูง และใช้เวลาในการสืบค้นเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 20 นาที ปัญหาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา พบว่า นักศึกษามีปัญหาในระดับมากทั้งในด้านนักศึกษาเอง ด้านโปรแกรมค้นหา และด้านผลการสืบค้น เช่นมีทักษะในการสืบค้นไม่เพียงพอ และทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศเพื่อใช้โปรแกรมค้นหาไม่เพียงพอ เป็นต้น เมื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา พบว่านักศึกษาในชั้นปี 1 2 และ 3 มีระดับปัญหาที่สูงกว่าชั้นปีที่ 4  และในกลุ่มสาขาวิชามนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์มีระดับปัญหาที่สูงกว่ากลุ่มสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ซึ่งมีปัญหาการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยใช้โปรแกรมค้นหาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  

 This research aimed to searching information by using a search engine, the problem of information searching using a search engine, and a comparative study of the problems of searching information using a search engine Khon Kaen University student. The sample in the study was an undergraduate year 2558 , 394 personnel. The results were as follows information searching using a search engine found that most students know the information sources on the World Wide Web. The instructor a title search using google to search for information for the study. And never use any other search. There are various types the students also had the support of the people. In addition, most students never use advanced search queries. Problems of information searching using a search engine students that have a high level in both the students themselves. Do not know that any search program to find the right information they need skills to search and foreign language skills to use search engines is not enough etc. Compare the problems of information searching using a search engine. Found that students in years 1 2 and 3 levels of problem, the higher the grade 4 and in the fields of humanities and social sciences have a problem, the higher the fields of health science. And searched a statistically significant at the .05 level
