The software development process was applied to collect systems using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as documentary studies. The user could access the interactive system via windows based. The system was developed as a web application by using PHP, HTML, SQL, and JavaScript. The database management system using MySQL. In each section of the system was distribution’s proposed along with relevant information. The application can show reports for business decisions. The researcher also investigates (2) the direct and indirect effects of the factors of achievement motivation, knowledge management, and learning organization affecting the competencies of these school administrators. Finally, the researcher constructs (3) a model of Achievement motivation factors influencing the competencies of these school administrators. The researcher tested the model by examining the causal relations between putatively predictive variables i.e., achievement motivation, knowledge management, and learning organization and the criterion variables i.e., the competencies of selected school administrators in basic education in Bangkok Metropolis and its environs. The sample population consisted of school administrators in basic education at secondary levels in Bangkok Metropolis and its environs, i.e., Bangkok Metropolis, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and Samut Sakhon. The sample population consisted of two groups. Group One comprised 278 subjects, who were used to test the model of relationships projected in accordance with the hypotheses of the investigation. Group Two was comprised of 278 subjects, who were used in the confirmatory testing of the trimmed model. The instrument of research was a five-rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Findings are as follows: Factors found to be at the highest level were the following: attitudes (= 4.64); learning organization (= 4.56); achievement motivation (= 4.55); and the competencies of school administrators Findings concerning variables showing total effects on the competencies of these school administrators and predictive variables affecting the competencies of these school administrators were expressed as follows: the competencies of school administrators received direct effects from the factors of learning organization, knowledge management, achievement motivation at .243, .230, .227 respectively. A low level of competency of graduates plays a role and increases the level of supply of labor that is not absorbed. Identification of superior regional potential provides new hope for vocational education. The strategy of accelerating regional development with the opening of opportunities for increasing economic activity demand for labor, and the needs of Vocational High School graduates are expected to be created as a result of optimizing the link and the match of Vocational High Schools with superior regional potential. This research aims to describe the disparity in the availability of Vocational High School with developmental needs based on regional potential in West Bandung Regency. The qualitative approach was used in this research. Data on regional superior potential was obtained by survey. Data on the availability of Vocational High School was obtained from the official website of the Directorate of Vocational High School Development. The majority of economic potential available in West Bandung Regency is in agriculture. This potential influences the dominance of the economy, are agribusiness, livestock, plantations, and food beverage processing. Also the creative industry and tourism are quite common. There are 91 Vocational High Schools in West Bandung Regency, consisting of 6 areas of expertise, 15 program of expertise, and 201 competencies of expertise. The high disparity between the availability of Vocational High School with economic potential and industrial potential is visible. The samples of the study were 400 traditional retail customers and 30 retailers. The research results found that most factors are influencing the competitiveness of traditional retail stores in Thailand. Factors affecting the growth of the multinational retailer in Thailand and Factors Affecting Traditional Retail store competitiveness in Thailand and the studied factors were significant. The study found that most factors are influencing the competitiveness of traditional retailers in Thailand. The data was analyzed using percentage, average, standard deviation and statistics for test hypothesis for analyze the relationship between the power using of administrator and the job performance behaviors of teachers. The overview is high level. The analyze Person Correlation Coefficient between the power using of administrator and job performance behaviors of teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group of this research consisted of 30 primary 5 students in Chumchonlertphinitphittayakhom School who were studying in the second semester of the academic year 2017. The research instruments included a set of Activities Learning Package according to the Professional Learning Community model on Thai Subject for Primary five students, a pre-test and a post-test in Thai language subject, and students’ satisfaction questionnaires towards the LAP on PLC in Thai language subject for primary 5 students. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test. The research revealed that the Activities Learning Package, according to the Professional Learning Community model on Thai Subject for Primary five students had passed the standard criterion with an efficiency level of 82.50/81.33. Moreover, the students’ learning achievement after using the ALP on PLC in Thai language subjects was higher than before using the ALP on PLC. The students’ pre-test score was x̄=38.20, SD.=5.52; and their post-test score was x̄=81.33, SD.=4.58. The t-test score between pre-test and post-test was 44.50. There was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores at the .05 level of significance.
