This research is conducted using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The research instruments include the database management system of the Chakrit Rung Ruang private vehicle inspection station and a user satisfaction assessment tool regarding the efficiency of the database management system. The sample group for this research consists of 30 participants, including operators and service users of the Chakrit Rung Ruang private vehicle inspection station, selected through purposive sampling. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL as the database management system. The developed system operates as a responsive web application. The research is divided into two parts: the system development based on the principles of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the creation of a tool for assessing user satisfaction regarding the efficiency of the system utilizing black box testing along with a 5-point Rating Scale. The results were analyzed using the mean (Average: x-bar) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation: S.D.).

The research findings show that developing a database management system for the Chakkrit Rungruang private vehicle is divided according to the user, which includes the administrator, personnel, and customers, effectively aligning with user requirements. Regarding satisfaction with the performance of Jakkrit Rungrueng’s database management system, overall satisfaction was rated as very high ( = 4.68, S.D. = 0.08). The system enables data storage, retrieval, reporting, and notification of pending document tasks, which reduces processing time and enhances operational efficiency.
Dolluck Phongphanich Nurhafikeen Mahde Ronnagit Sriaed Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Applied Information Technology 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 11 1 32 42 Development of Coffee Shop Data Management System Using Web Applications https://ph02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/project-journal/article/view/254718
This study aims to: 1) develop a web application for managing data at a coffee shop; and 2) study the system satisfaction among a coffee shop manager and staff members. The participants of this study were a coffee shop’s manager and three staff members. The satisfaction of the system was assessed using a user satisfaction evaluation form. The system was developed based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, which divides the system development process into phases to provide direction and ensure that the system meets the needs of the business organization. The system was implemented as a web application using Visual Studio Code as the development tool, with PHP and JavaScript as programming languages, and MySQL as the database management system. The statistical methods used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.

The research findings revealed the division of the coffee shop management system into two sections: a manager's section and a staff section. The web application system could show sales reports, customer order data, and back-end management information. Managers have access to daily, monthly, and annual sales information. The average satisfaction score from manager and staff was 4.55. The system’s rapidity received the highest satisfaction. The design that is appropriate for the application comes in second. In addition, the system displays reports that satisfy user needs and are helpful for operations. Also, utilizing the system is very simple.
Subpong Pongsawat Woravit Anuworarat Yupa Khongsu Tawin Fakaim Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Applied Information Technology 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 11 1 Development of Management Information System for Elderly Health Condition Data and Evaluation of Activities https://ph02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/project-journal/article/view/255862
The objectives of this study were to 1) collect the health condition data and evaluate the ability in doing the daily activities of the elderly and 2) to develop the management information system on the health condition and evaluate the ability in doing the daily activities of the elderly in an area of Maeka Public Health Promotion Hospital, Maeka Subdistrict, Amphur Muang, Phayao Province.
