Editorial: A message from the editor-in-chief

Dear Authors,

Please kindly be informed that, starting at the beginning of the year 2021, the ECTI Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications (ECTI-EEC) will begin to publish three issues per year (February, June, and October). In addition, all new submissions from 1 January 2021 will be automatically directed to the new online submission and review system (the editorial manager^TM).

Please also note that all submissions prior to 1 January 2021 will remain at the old online submission and review system until the decision is made.
