[Paper Length] For the first draft manuscript to review process

Dear Authors,

Paper length: [New policy starting in May 2023] Articles submitted to ECTI-EEC Transactions are limited to a maximum of 10 pages but must be at least 8 pages in length. After review, an article that over 12 pages will be subject to mandatory page charges.
