Selected papers from ITC-CSCC (International Technical Conference on Circuits/Systems, Computers and Communications) may be invited to submit extended versions to ECTI-EEC (ECTI Transactions on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications)

PUBLICATION TRACKS

The ITC-CSCC 2026 organizing committee invites researchers and practitioners to submit their latest research findings through two distinct submission tracks, each offering unique publication opportunities and advantages.

Submission Tracks: Journal Paper Track (Direct Journal Publication)

For authors seeking immediate journal publication, we offer a special track in collaboration with the ECTI Transactions on EEC journals (Scopus-Q3). Manuscripts submitted to this track may be up to ten pages, including references, and will undergo the full journal review process (at least 3 reviewers). Authors should submit through the respective journal's submission system, selecting "ITC-CSCC Special Track" during submission.

ITC-CSCC Special Track (https://ph02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ECTI-EEC/submission/wizard)

This track allows authors to receive final decisions before the regular paper track deadline. This means that if a paper is not accepted in the journal track, authors can resubmit their work to the regular conference track. Please note that for accepted journal papers, at least one author must register for and present the work at ITC-CSCC 2026 for the paper to be published in the journal.

            Deadline of Manuscript Submission: March 01, 2026

            Notification of Acceptance: May 01, 2026

            Submission of Camera-Ready Paper: June 01, 2026

Journal Track Timeline:

            Submission Deadline: November 30, 2025

            First Round Notification: December 14, 2025

            Rebuttal Submission Deadline: January 14, 2026

            (for papers requiring minor or major revisions)

            Final Decision Notification: February 01, 2026
