  • Articles submitted on or after July 1, 2026, will be required to pay the Page Charge(s) upon acceptance.

NEW POLICY FOR SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL MANUSCRIPTS FOR PUBLICATION IN 2027

  1. Only regular papers will be accepted, and each paper must be between 8 and 10 pages in length for the initial review process. (Note: submissions must not exceed 10 pages and must be no fewer than 8 pages.)
  2. Excess Page Charge Policy in 2027: Authors must commit to paying page charges before publication, as outlined below.

2.1 The charge for 1 to 12 pages is 100 USD.

2.2  From page 13 onward, a fee of 30 USD will be charged for each additional page published.
