PUBLICATION ETHICS
Engineering Transactions: A Research Publication of Mahanakorn University of Technology (Eng. Trans.) focuses on the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices.

Duties of Editors:
Editors are responsible for deciding with unbiased decisions which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published to ensure the body of knowledge and quality of the published manuscripts.

Editors should monitor to ensure an appropriate peer review process, that should be followed the suspected works as well as the publication misconduct.

Editors may be subjected to legal requirements regarding copyright infringement and plagiarism and Editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board for all appropriate policies to handle editorial conflicts of interest.

Duties of Authors:
Authors must ensure that research reported in submitted manuscripts has been conducted in an ethical and responsible manner, with all relevant legislation following the publication requirements.

Authors should ensure that they have written the original works that are not plagiarized and have not been published elsewhere. If the authors have used some words of others, they must be appropriately cited.

Authors should present their new results clearly and honestly without illegal and inappropriate data manipulation. All authors should state funding sources and disclose the substantive conflict of interest in their manuscript.

Duties of Reviewers:
Reviewers should pursue the alleged works as well as publication misconduct that are provided by the prompt feedbacks to the Editors.

Information regarding manuscripts submitted by authors should be kept confidential and be treated as privileged information.

Reviewers should mention the possible plagiarism if authors may misplace and fail to indicate relating the publications including their own work.
