Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study the situation of graduates in their competency andobstacle. The scope of this research is the graduate in the year 1952 - 2004. The stratified random samplingclassified by time interval of graduation is applied with sample size of 323. The competency and obstacleare evaluated by questionnaire with 0.90 reliability. The results show that most of the graduates are privateofficer. They have problem about the experience in working and foreign languages in the middle-levelobstacle. However they have the high-level competency for the quality in the overall image. The attentionfor studying, the flexibility and the ability in information technology are prominent point of them.
