Abstract

The project was to study and develop continuous Para Rubber Press Machine. Manual Para RubberPress composes of two sections which are smooth roller and stripe roller. The two sections of original Pararubber sheet irons are combined together to form continuous Para Rubber Press Machine. Continuous ParaRubber Press Machine was composed of three sets of smooth roller and one sets of stripe roller. These toolsmake process complete. Using AC 220 V motor operated with 4 sets of continuous rollers, save time andworkforce. The invented Continuous Para Rubber Press Machine was pre - tested with prepared latex. After adjustment of roller spacing, we had found that quality and productivity was increased. Compare tothe original Continuous Para Rubber Press Machine, Continuous Para Rubber Press Machine could pressrubber from 36 mm. to 3.2 mm. thickness. It used only 8 - 10 seconds instead of 2 minutes to produce 1rubber sheet. So, it was shown that the invented Continuous Para Rubber Press Machine could help savingtime and load of work for more than 50 percent.
