A Study of Condition and Problems of Organizational Communication among the Administrators, Instructors and Staffs in Technical Colleges under the Vocational Education Commission of the Central Vocational Institute Area 1

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study condition and problems of organizationalcommunication among the administrators, instructors and staffs in technical colleges under thevocational education commission of the Central Vocational Institute Area 1. The sample wascomposed of 307 persons from Petchaburi Technial College, Prachubkireekan Technical College,Ratchaburi Technical College, Ratchaburi Technical College II, and Potharam Technical College.The questionnaire was used as an instrument in collecting the data. The research result was foundthat the condition of communication among the personnel rated at a high level (x = 3.53). Theproblematic condition of communication among the personnel rated at a middle level (x = 2.86). Bycomparison with the subsidiary departments and the personal attitudes, it was found that thecondition of communication was not different. Nevertheless, it was found that the sender, thechannel and the receiver showed a statiscally significant difference at the level of 0.01 whereas themessage did not. As for the problems of communication among the personnel, it was found thattheir attitude showed a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01. Moreover, the senderand the receiver showed a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 whereas themessage and the channel did not.
