Abstract

TEA-CO;! laser is a pulse laser with very high peak power. The electrical field is usedto pump the gas medium in the direction perpendicular to the laser axis with the help of preionizationcircuit. The volume of the laser medium containing in the laser system is 1.4 x 1.4 x 30 cm3. Theconstructed laser system can emit the energy 1 joule/pulse. The homogeneous discharie can beoperated at higher concentration of CO2 : N2 : He about 2 : 1 : 1. Graduate
