Design of Interface Card Using IEEE-488 Standard for Microcomputer

Abstract

This paper presents the design and construction of an interface card formeasuring equipments using IEEE-488 standard bus. In the system, a microcomputerwith interface card is used as system controller interface to IEEE-488 bus and connectto all equipments. The interface card available in the market is very expensiv, so thedeveloped card will decrease the expense and can be used to develop measuringequipment system.
