Abstract

This research aimed to study the factors that affect the adoption of e-government services. The methodology used includes a review of theories and ideas about the factors that affect the adoption of information technology and e-government as well as a review of research related to the adoption of
electronic government services. The results showed that there are four factors which can influence the e-Government Service adoption: (1) perceived ease of use, (2) perceived usefulness, (3) quality of service and (4) trust.
