Development of the Kok Pho Subdistrict community product sales management system Nong Phok District, Roi Et Province

บทคัดย่อ

This research aimed to develop a sales management system for the Kok Pho Subdistrict community in Nong Phok District, Roi Et Province. The system was designed and developed based on the needs of the user group and expert recommendations. The objectives were to study the working model of the system, develop a product sales management system, and evaluate its efficiency. The system was developed using the C# Asp.Net Core 6 language, and the database system was stored as MS-SQL SERVER. The system format was a web application that stored data in a database system. A questionnaire was used to collect satisfaction data, and the program was tested using the black box method. The system was evaluated by three experts, including two system development experts, one marketing expert, and a group of users. The evaluation included 100 people, with 10 representatives from each group who had basic knowledge of using computer systems. The results showed that the experts who used the system were highly satisfied with a total mean of  = 4.39 และ SD = 00.51 and evaluated the system's efficiency at an excellent level. The system users were also highly satisfied with a total mean of  = 4.67 and SD = 0.57 and assessed the system's efficiency at an outstanding level. In conclusion, the Kok Pho Subdistrict community product sales management system was highly effective in working according to the objectives. The system design was analyzed and developed, and the results showed that the system can process and display results exactly as required.
