Organizational Climate and Critical Success Factors Affecting Performance of Family Care Team at Sub-District Level in Nongbua Lamphu Province

Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the organizational climate and critical success factors that affect to the performance of family care team (FCT) at sub-district level in Nongbua Lamphu Province, Thailand. The samples were 121 health personnel randomly selected by stratified random sampling from 450 populations. The questionnaire was tested for reliability with Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient that was at 0.98. Data distribution was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The result showed that the organizational climate, critical success factors and the performance of FCT at sub-district level in Nongbua Lamphu province were at high level with averages 3.98 (S.D.=0.45), 3.90 (S.D.=0.44) and 4.10 (S.D.=0.47), respectively. One organizational climate variable; standard of working dimension and three critical success factor variables; quality improvement in medical care and image, connection between primary care unit and secondary and people participation could  predict the performance of FCT at 68.9 percent (R2 =0.689, p-value<0.001).
