Abstract

This cross sectional descriptive research aimed to study risk management of professional nurses at Roi – Et province. The samples were 307 personnel randomly selected by Stratified random sampling from the 714 population and 12 key informants were in focus group for quantitative data gathering. Data distribution was performed by descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple linear regressions were also utilized. The results showed that the motivation, key success factors and the risk management of professional nurses at Roi – Et province were at high level with averages of 3.72 (S.D. = 0.47), 3.80 (S.D.= 0.73) and 3.65 (S.D. = 0.58) respectively. Change Management Process, Status of work, Acceptance, Training and Human Resources and communicate Effectively could predict the professional nurses at Roi – Et province. at 68.0 percentage (R2=0.680, p-value<0.001) The results of this research the manager can be used planning and explanation the impact on profession in risk management at Community   Hospitals.
