Personal Characteristics and Key Success Factors Affecting the Performance of Service through Thai Traditional Medicine of Public Health Personnel at Sub-district Health Promoting Hospitals in Khon Kaen Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study personal characteristics and key success factors affecting the performance of service through thai traditional medicine of public health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals in Khon Kaen province, Thailand. The populations were 240 personnel and 136 samples were selected by systematic random sampling, collected data by questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistics used to distribute data. The result showed that the level of key success factors and the level of the performance of service through thai traditional medicine, the overall was at a high level with average of 3.95 (S.D. = 0.51) and 3.98(S.D. = 0.54) respectively. Four variables include the key success factors; the improving quality of medical treatment and image, personal characteristics; working time, key success factors; the connection with health networks and voluntary area and community are enthusiastic about participation affecting and could predict the performance of service through Thai traditional medicine at 59.3 percentage. Suggestions were the supervisory unit should encourage and support the use available resources locally to health care according to lifestyle.
