คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานงานบริการแพทย์แผนไทย ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาล ส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานงานบริการแพทย์แผนไทยของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยศึกษาจากประชากร 240 คน ทำการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบได้ตัวอย่าง 136 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน พบว่า ระดับปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ และระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานงานบริการแพทย์แผนไทย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.95(S.D. = 0.51) และ 3.98(S.D. = 0.54) ตามลำดับ พบว่าทั้ง 4 ตัวแปรคือด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาพยาบาลและภาพลักษณ์ ด้านระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านความเชื่อมโยงกันในเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพ และด้านพื้นที่ที่สมัครใจและชุมชนมีความกระตือรือร้นในการมีส่วนร่วม มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานงานบริการแพทย์แผนไทย ของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้ร้อยละ 59.3 ข้อเสนอแนะคือหน่วยงานบังคับบัญชา ควรส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้มีการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น มาใช้ดูแลสุขภาพให้สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตในชุมชน
