Abstract

This cross sectional descriptive research aimed to study Organizational  Climate  and  Organizational   Support   Affecting  the  Performance of Public Health Technical  Officers at Sub-District Health  Promoting  Hospitals in  Phetchabun  Province. The samples were 120 personnels randomly selected  by systematic random sampling from the 248 population and 12  key informants were in focus group guidelines for qualitative data gathering.  data distribution was performed by descriptive statistics and  inferential statistics  were pearson’s correlation and Stepwise multiple linear regressions were also utilized. Two organizational climate varables; commitmen and responsibility  and two organizational  support  variable; man and material could  predict the performance of public health technical officers at sub-district health  promoting  hospitals in  phetchabun  province at 75.0 percentage.Conducting the research was the main problem away performance of public health technical officers at 50.0 percentage.
