The Administrative Factors Affecting the Risk of the Operation of Public Health Technical Officer (Dental Public Health) with the Mission Set By the Ministry of Public Health in Northeast of Thailand

The study was descriptive research aimed to study Personal characteristics and The Administrative factors affecting the risk management of the operation of public health technical officer (dental public health) in northeast, Thailand. The population was 108 people answered from questionnaires 104 people (96.2%) of public health technical officer (dental public health) in northeast, Thailand. Collected data by questionnaires and 12 people’s key informants in focus group discussion. Data distribution was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics by Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that the administrative factors and the risk management factors of the operation of dental public health program of public health technical officer (dental public health) level was high at overall level mean score was 3.51 (S.D.= 0.52) and 3.73 (S.D.= 0.47) respectively. In conclusion, The Administrative factors; man factor and material factor these two factors were 40.4% of factor to predict the risk management in the operational of the public health technical officer (dental public health) in northeast of Thailand at 0.05 level of significant.
