ปัจจัยการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานตามพันธกิจที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนดของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข (ทันตสาธารณสุข) ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข (ทันตสาธารณสุข) ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยศึกษาประชากรทั้งหมด 108 คน ให้ความร่วมมือในการตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 104 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.2 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่มจำนวน 12 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมานโดยใช้การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า ระดับปัจจัยการบริหาร และระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข (ทันตสาธารณสุข) ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.51 (S.D.= 0.52), 3.73 (S.D.= 0.47) ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้ปัจจัยการบริหาร ด้านบุคลากร และด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ตัวแปร มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข (ทันตสาธารณสุข) ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือได้ร้อยละ 40.4 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
