Motivation and Key Success Factors Affecting the Star Health Promoting Hospital of Health Care Professional at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Kalasin Province

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study the motivation and the key success factors affecting the star health promoting hospital of health care professional in sub-district health promoting hospitals in Kalasin province. The 166 health care professional were selected by stratified random sampling for gathering the quantity data and 12 key informants were selected to in-depth interview for gathering the quality data. The reliability of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.98. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics by significance level at 0.05. The results revealed that Three variables of key success factors; building understanding and cooperation, support agencies all levels have development plans, quality improvement in medical care and image of the service place and two variables of motivation; personal life and recognition affecting and five variables could predict the star health promoting hospital of health care professional at 74.1 percent.
