แรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลติดดาวของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลติดดาวของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เก็บข้อมูลจาก ตัวอย่าง 166 คน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 12 คน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาช 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ ด้านหน่วยงานทุกระดับมีแผนงานสนับสนุน และด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาพยาบาลและภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ แรงจูงใจด้านชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว และด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ตัวแปรทั้ง 5 ตัว มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตําบลติดดาวของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ได้ร้อยละ 74.1
