This cross - sectional descriptive research aimed to study the motivation and the critical success factor affecting the control of Opisthorchiasis and Cholangiocarcinoma of health care providers at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Kalasin Province, Thailand. The 116 health providers were selected by simple random sampling from 156 populations Data was collected by questionnaire and 12 key informants were collected by in-depth interviewed guidelines.The reliability of Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was at 0.97 Data was collected between 15th February 2020 to 15th March 2020.The two of critical success factors; understanding and encouraging cooperation and image development, and three variables of motivation; policy and management, personal life and responsibility; effected and could joinpredict the control of Opisthorchiasis and Cholangiocarcinoma of health care providers at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals in Kalasin Province at 65.8 percentage.(R2=0.658, P-value<0.001) R2adj = 0.641.
