แรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ตับ และมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจและปัจจัยแห่งความสําเร็จที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ตับและมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) ได้จํานวนขนาดตัวอย่าง 116 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 156 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 12 คน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาชเท่ากับ 0.97 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 ถึงวันที่ 15 มีนาคม 2563 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จด้านการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ของสถานบริการ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว และปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความรับผิดชอบ มีผลและสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคพยาธิใบไม้ตับและมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ได้ร้อยละ 65.8 (R2=0.658, P-value<0.001) R2adj = 0.641
