Abstract

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study critical success  factor affecting  surveillance  and  rapid response performance  of  Health  care Provider at  sub-district  health  promoting  hospitals  in  Loei  Province,Thailand. The samples were 92 health care providers randomly selected by simple random sampling from the 127 population of the surveillance and rapid response performance of health care providers at sub-district health promoting hospitals. This study was collected data by questionnaire and the in-depth interview guidelines for the qualitative data gathering. Data collected between 21th- 28th February to 31st March 2020. Three of critical success factors including 1) Quality of service and treatment with active service, 2) The implementation in promptly areas and 3) Community participation, and monitoring belong to the policy and the implementation planning could predict the surveillance and rapid response performance  of  health  personnel at  sub-district  health  promoting  hospitals  in  Loei  Province at 72.2 percentage (R2=0.722, R2 adj = 0.713, p–value < 0.001).
