ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็วของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเลย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็วของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเลย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขที่รับผิดชอบงานระบาดวิทยาควบคุมโรค และงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็วในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 92 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก เก็บข้อมูลวันที่ 21 ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็ว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.19 S.D.=0.54) ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความผันแปรของการดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็ว มี 3 ตัวแปรจาก 6 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาคุณภาพการรักษาพยาบาลร่วมกับงานเชิงรุก 2) การปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ที่มีความพร้อมสมัครใจและชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม 3) ผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุนและติดตามพัฒนาตามนโยบายแผนปฏิบัติการ โดยตัวแปรทั้งสามตัวแปร สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานเฝ้าระวังสอบสวนเคลื่อนที่เร็วของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดเลย ได้ร้อยละ 72.2 (R2=0.722, R2 adj = 0.713, p–value < 0.001)
