Motivation and Key Success Factors Affecting the TO BE NUMBER ONE One Project Operation of Public Health Officers in Bueng Kan Province

This cross sectional descriptive research aimed to study motivation and key success factors affecting the to be number one project operation of public health officers In Bueng Kan Province. The sample were 82 public health officers In Buengkan Province.Data was collected by questionnaire for the quantitative data and In-depth interview guidelines for the qualitative data gathering. The questionnaire was checked by three experts and all items of IOC more than 0.50 and the reliability of Cronbach,s alpha coefficient was 0.95 Data was collected between 10 April 2020 to 30 April 2020 Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics and the level significance was 0.05. The study revealed that the motivation the key success factors and the to be Number one project operation of public health officers in Buengkan province were at high level 3.71 (S.D. = 0.59) , 3.68 (S.D. =0.58) and 3.68 (S.D. = 0.57) respectively. The correlation between the motivation, the key success factors and the to be number one project operation of public health officers was at moderate and high level (r=0.700, p-value<0.001 and r=0.841, p-value<0.001) respectively. And the two factors of motivation including respect to others and the careers advancement effected and could joinpredict the to be number one project operations of Public Health Officers at Bueng Kan Province at 70 percentage (R2=0.700, p-value< 0.001). The most problems and obstacles in the implementation of the TO BE NUMBER ONE project was the continuing of working.
