Keys Success Factors and Organizational Support Affecting the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Performance of Health Personnel at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals Sakon Nakhon Province

This study aimed to investigate the keys success factors and organizational support affecting the tuberculosis prevention and control performances of health personnel at Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals, Sakon Nakhon province. The 156 subjects were drawn by simple random sampling from 168 populations. Data was collected by questionnaires and the 12 subjects were given in-depth interview guidelines. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics by level of significance at 0.05. The result showed that there were four variables of keys success factors ; 1) an image development of the quality service, 2) the connecting between sub-district health promoting hospitals and major networking hospital, 3)the understanding and encouraging cooperation, 4) the implementation in areas that were readily and voluntary to participate. The fourth variables effected and joint predicted the tuberculosis prevention and control performance of health personnel at sub-district health promoting hospitals, Sakon Nakhon province at 56.6 percentage (R2=0.566, p-value < 0.001)
